Darrell Wilkins (Co-founder and Lead User Experience Designer)
Darrell specializes in designing innovative but appropriate interfaces for highly interactive work and personally oversees major projects, ensuring they hit the highest creative standards.
Consulting for major advertising and interactive agencies, he champions the needs of users and is a stickler for detail. A member of D&AD, having won a Silver Pencil for outstanding Internet design, he is also a voting member of BAFTA.

Pascal Auberson (Co-founder and Technology Director)
Pascal is head-coder at specialmoves and has experience with too many programming languages to mention. Pascal heads up company R&D and strives to ensure the highest standards in the work they do.
Particularly interested in 3D, he’s got in-depth knowledge of the interactive 3D production process and delivery in a variety of programming environments.
After years of being tempted he’s finally switched to a Mac, with a totally unnecessary 8 processors.

James Norwood (Co-founder and Art Director)
After graduating, James pursued a PhD in Interactive Media and taught in the field for two years.
James is at the very heart of specialmoves creative endeavours and is heavily involved in designing the visual aspect of the studio’s work. Along with being a skilled illustrator and animator he is particularly strong in 3D design.
Currently office champion at Guitar Hero, James is strangely poor at Wii Sports Tennis.
